Release of No Trespass Ordinance Memo

Based upon a vote of the Burlington City Council at last night’s City Council meeting to waive the attorney-client privilege with regard to a June 12, 2012 memorandum addressing the constitutionality of the Church Street Marketplace No Trespass Ordinance, a copy of that memorandum may be found on the City website by clicking here.
