Burlington Telecom Sale Subject of Public Hearing on 5/9

The public hearing for Schurz Communication's proposed purchase of Burlington Telecom is slated for Wednesday, May 9th at 7:00 at the Contois Auditorium, 149 Church Street, City Hall, Burlington, Vermont 05401. Prior to the 7:00 P.M. public hearing, the Vermont Department of Public Service will host an information session at 6:00 P.M. during which time the Joint Petitioners will be available to answer questions about the transaction.

The public hearing is an important opportunity to let the Vermont Public Utility Commission and Schurz know how important public, educational, and government access channels and services are to you.
