Common Good Vermont Releases 2016 Vermont Nonprofit Wage & Benefit Report

Common Good Vermont is pleased to release the Vermont Edition of the 2016 Report on Nonprofit Wages and Benefits in Northern New England. Produced in partnership with the Maine Association of Nonprofits and the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, the 2016 Report provides Vermont's nonprofit boards and staff leaders with salary and benefits benchmarks for 41 full- and part-time positions. A total of 122 Vermont nonprofits, representing 5,610 employees and $114 million in total gross wages are included in the report.

The Nonprofit Wage & Benefit Survey has been conducted in previous years by the nonprofit associations of Maine and New Hampshire. The survey was conducted electronically by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center between May and June 2016. This year’s survey tells the story of how mission-driven work is valued in Vermont and how benefits are distributed across organizations of varied sizes.

For more information or to purchase a copy of the electronic report visit www.CommonGoodVT.org.

Common Good Vermont was able to produce this report with the generous underwriting of: A.D. Henderson Foundation, Ben & Jerry’s Foundation, Davis & Hodgdon Associates, United Ways of Vermont | Vermont Business for Social Responsibility, and The Vermont Community Foundation.
