A citizens initiative anouncement which petitions for a referendum on the ballot in the next general election, asking the voters of Burlington: "Should Burlington Telecom enter into a contract with Al-Jazeera English, provided reasonable and agreeable terms can be reached by Burlington Telecom management?"
