The purpose is to organize those interested into and Advisory Circle with Working Groups that can engage in meaningful work to advance the project and interests of the community. These groups include:
- Statewide Network Building
- Statewide Conference (Spring 2011)
- Business Planning and Sustainability
- First Responders
