Description

From the organizers:

Students have re-galvanized the movement against Israel’s genocidal war on Palestine. But their encampments are up against the intransigent opposition of university administrations, their corporate funders, and both capitalist parties, which have backed brutal repression on campus activists across the country.

The question posed to our movement is who has the social power to force universities--and behind them the US capitalist class--to concede to our demands? Join the Tempest Collective for a presentation by UVM professor Helen Scott on why the Palestine solidarity struggle must merge with the labor movement to defeat US imperialism.
