Description

Main Street Landing in 1984 commissioned a multi-media slide show on the history of Burlington's Waterfront. The history of the waterfront was an important aspect of Main Street Landing's visioning process and it guided them through the creation of 250,000 square feet of built environment on the waterfront. Main Street Landing's acclaimed re-development projects became the catalyst for future development on the waterfront, and their commitment to sustainability and environmental development practices and their focus on social justice issues have helped guide private and public development throughout the country.
