“As a navigator, I know people have a lot of questions about signing up for insurance through Vermont Health Connect, so this program will give more people a chance to ask questions,” said Donna Sutton Fay of Vermonters for Health Care Security.  Navigators are specially trained professionals funded by the State of Vermont to help individuals and small employers learn about Vermont Health Connect and to provide them in-person assistance for enrolling in public and private coverage through Vermont Health Connect.
